Course Objectives
By the end of this activity, the participant should be
better able to: understand the significance of colorectal
cancer screening techniques targeting the stages of the
disease and ultimately influencing the outcome and
treatment plan for the affected patient.
The participant will be better able to
identify the signs and symptoms of peptic ulcer disease,
consequently utilizing an individualized and comprehensive
approach to care for the patient’s particular needs.
The participant will enhance their
knowledge of the indications and treatment options for
inflammatory bowel disease; will enhance their ability to
recognize the symptoms and indicators to diagnose and
manage a patient with autoimmune hepatitis.
The participant will be able to evaluate
and manage a patient with a GI bleed; will recognize the
symptoms, identify the causes and prescribe appropriate
therapy to treat pancreatic disease.

recommended and will be offered at a special fee.
A $25 “late registration” will be assessed AFTER
