for a full time Physician to serve as the lead Primary Care
Physician for our new Women’s Comprehensive Health Primary Care
Clinic. As the lead Primary Care Provider, the incumbent
must be a Board Certified / Board Eligible skilled family
physician or primary care internal medicine physician with an
interest and concentration in Women’s Health. The
responsibilities including diagnosing and treating a large
variety of acute and chronic medical conditions of ambulatory
patients. Also, the responsibilities include determining
the need for a variety of diagnostic procedures and orders lab
tests, x-rays, and other procedures as necessary.
Interprets results and makes diagnosis of diseases/disorders and
prescribes treatment, to include referral when appropriate.
The provider will supply gender-specific and age-specific care
services including but not limited to vaginal exams, pap smears
and breast exams. As the lead Primary Care Physician, the
incumbent will also direct the work of other clinical providers
including one or more Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician
Assistants. This is a
full time Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm position with full
benefits. Moving expenses may be authorized.
